SP-2 SHORT

Interprets the Rally exhaust concept through an essential and functional design. Clean lines, balanced proportions and no unnecessary elements — only what is needed for performance.

Designed and manufactured in Bologna, in the heart of the Motor Valley, it is inspired by HP Corse’s experience in high-performance exhaust systems and by the legendary African rally raids, reinterpreted with a modern technical language.

The silencer features a titanium sleeve, 0.8 mm thick and 300 mm long, engineered to deliver maximum lightness and structural strength. The 90 × 120 mm oval section is combined with a round outlet tip formed without welding at the bending radius, a solution that improves gas flow while creating a clean and streamlined design.

Reinforced mounting brackets, hand-welded using TIG, ensure maximum durability even in the toughest off-road conditions. The stamped conical end caps, oval shaped, are hand satin-finished following HP Corse’s craftsmanship tradition.

The stainless steel link pipe is TIG-welded and protected by two carbon fiber covers, while the HP Corse logo is laser-etched on the sleeve.

SP-1 CARBON SHORT

Is one of the latest developments created by HP Corse for the Austrian adventure bike.

Designed and built in Bologna, in the heart of the Motor Valley, it combines a titanium structure with extensive use of carbon fiber to achieve reduced weight, high strength and a distinctive technical aesthetic.

No fewer than five components are made from carbon fiber:

• rear end cap

• shaped cover wrapping the front section of the silencer

• two protective covers for the link pipe

The 0.8 mm thick titanium sleeve, 300 mm long, ensures lightweight construction and structural strength, while the HP Corse logo is laser-etched on the surface.

The titanium mounting bracket is hand TIG-welded, and the stainless steel link pipe is TIG-welded to the inlet end cap and hand satin-finished.

SPS CARBON SHORT

Combines distinctive design, reliability and high performance.

The carbon fiber end section wraps around the outlet tip, extending the lines of the silencer body to create visual continuity and a more compact, aggressive rear profile.

Compared to the stock exhaust, SPS CARBON SHORT improves engine response, delivering increased power especially in the low and mid-range together with stronger and more immediate torque.

The system is completed by a carbon fiber heat shield positioned between the front section of the sleeve and the link pipe.
