PEOPLE / BODIES RIGHTS

ART. 7  AUTHORITY OF ACCESS TO THE PERSANAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS.

1)   The person (s) and or body (s) have the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data, even if not yet registrated, and their communication in intelligible form.

2)   The person (s) and or body (s) have the right to obtain the indications of:

a)    the origin of the personal data

b)   the terms and conditions of the treatement

c)    the logica applied in case of treatement carried out with the help of elettronic instruments

d)   the identifications of the holdes, of the responsables and the representative designated to the senses of the art.5 comma 2.

e)    The subjects or the categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated to you or that they can come to acquaintance in the quality of representative designated in the country’s territory, of responsibles or people in charge.

3)   the person (s) or body (s) have the authority to obtain:

a)    the modernization, the rectification that is when it has interes to you, integration of the data;

b)   the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the entire data deals to you in law violation, comprised those of which not necessary the conversation in relation to the means for which the have been given or dealed with;

c)    the attestation that the operations of which to letters a) and b)  they have been capacities to acquaintance, also as far as their content, of those people to which the data have been communicated to you or diffuse, accepted the case in chich such implementation is is revealed impossible or it involved the means employment manifestly.
