HP Corse introduces its newest exhaust system for the Honda CL 500: the HYDROFORM RS. Presented at EICMA, the International Motorcycle Exhibition in Milan, the exhaust features a unique, hydroformed conical sleeve that is unlike anything else available. This innovative manufacturing process allows the HYDROFORM RS to have a seamless profile with distinctive internal and external lateral veinings, creating a neo-retro allure that perfectly matches the motorcycle. The exhaust also offers a significant weight reduction without compromising durability. The internals of the exhaust are crafted from fine grade stainless steel and assembly is completed with state-of-the-art TIG welding. The pressed stainless steel end caps feature an increasing diameter from inlet to outlet, a design that accentuates the sinuous profile while optimizing gas flow and minimizing back-pressure.
