DECATALYZED 2-IN-1 EVOLUTION HEADER with HIGH LINK PIPE

The decatalyzed 2-into-1 Evolution header with high link pipe exactly replicates the original Aprilia header layout, ensuring full compatibility with the OEM silencer as well as with HP Corse SP-1 and SPS-Carbon 350 silencers.

The 2-into-1 Evolution header is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, using CNC-bent pipes with carefully calculated diameters and butt-joint tube connections, manually TIG-welded by our experienced craftsmen.
All joints are precisely calibrated and achieved through solid-machined stainless steel bushings.

The mounting system combines spring joints in the most highly stressed areas with stainless steel clamps at the rear section, providing enhanced structural strength and durability.
The system is equipped with lambda sensor ports at the outlet of both cylinder heads.
