Just as for the sister Z-1000, the Sport Tourer SX, the Super Naked signed KAWASAKI, HP Corse offers the newest HYDROFORM, an exhaust dedicated to those who love curves…

The name of the new exhaust line is derived from technology used to produce them, hydroforming, a processing technique that provides incredibly refined formation – through the thrust exerted by a fluid brought through high pressure – of the sheet so that it adheres to the outside wall of the forming mold. In this way, we can produce unusual shapes and different internal diameters without cutting or welding.

The end result is a product of curves, aesthetically beautiful, incredibly exciting, seamless and with a great reduction in the thickness of the sheet; while, at the same time, mechanically rigid and able to stop the weight needles from going under a kilogram (990 gr.), in the seza db killer version and just above (1100 gr.) in the approved version with DB Killer..

This is how HYDROFORM by HP Corse is born, an exhaust system from the lay-out, truly unique style. Its shape, sleek and aggressive, it integrates seamlessly with the lines of the nude-new creature Akashi, creating a single set of absolutely beauty.

The body is stainless steel, the perforated inner tube is conical and tapered out to keep the same shape as the exhaust and optimize the flow of gases.
