From the research HP CORSE is born from the hydroformed exhaust for the new HONDA HORNET 600. A drain that can excite and enhance the line of this beautiful naked, as well as its performance and its soud, strongly characterized by the shape of the exhaust. A silencer has probably never caused so much fuss among motorcyclists, with a lots of enthusiasm and passion because it is the steel to bend to the force of water, taking unusual sinuous and seamless forms, and the technology used for this line takes its name.

The hydroform is indeed a refined and exclusive processing technique, which provides – through the pressure exerted by a fluid brought to higher pressure – the deformation of the metal. As a result, the hydroform discharge has a unique shape, with different incredibly low internal diameters and thicknesses (sheet), but at the same time, very mechanically rigid and able to stop the eight needles, just above a kilogram (about 1100 gr).

The body is in stainless steel, the perforated inner tube is conical and tapered out to keep the same shape of the exhaust and optimize the flow of the exhaust gases, the db killer is removable and soundproof and equipped to better absorb emissions and provide a deep and soft sound, the logo is laser-engraved.
