Available configurations:

1 - Double silencers hydroforming for original 3 in 1 2 - Silencer Ring hydroforming industry for original 3 in 1 3 - 3 silencer hydroforming + Flow Manifold Evo-in-1

1) The first configuration is a system with twin exhausts, hydroforming, slip-on fittings with variable diameter. The exhausts are perfectly integrated into the tail of the bike, ensuring a truly enjoyable and decidedly aggressive appearance to a high exhaust system.

2) The second configuration is a fitting exhaust system with hydroforming industry that keeps the original 3 in 1 manifold. This exhaust system also comes in the new R & D center and is composed of as many as 15 are welded together with a particular entry gas system inside the tube, to ensure the perfect outflow of exhaust gases. The position of the exhaust is the same as configuration 1, so by replacing the original headers and the link so that you can install the complete 3 in 1 Series EVO-FLOW at any time. The welds are done on the customer’s requested and can be left exposed or polished.

3) The first configuration is a complete 3 in 1 of the new Evo-Flow manifold with exhausts made of stainless steel and hydroforming. This facility was established in the now very modern R&D center, Bologna, thanks to the twenty years experience in the field of modelling materials, welds and reduced thickness of applied fluid dynamics. The welds are made by hand with rigorously with TIG shielding gas inserted into the tube. With this procedure, the mechanical strength between the two parties is guaranteed, and the flow of exhaust gas is optimized since the inner walls of the collector are perfectly smooth and without waste. All welds on the manifold, also at the specific request of the customer, can be customized by polishing them or leaving them.
