For the ER-6, there are two exhaust systems:

  • HYDROFORM

Mount the end of the hydroform on the Kawasaki ER-6 is a unique and unrepeatable emotion. The first thing you hear is the extraordinary lightness. The thickness of steel is reduced to stop the scales at 990 grams for this version, without db-killer. This is possible because the canister is created with hydroforming, a technique that allows the pressure of fluid to deform the metal. With this technology, we were able to obtain a unique and exclusive shape, which perfectly complements the smooth lines of the bike. But hydroform is not only lightness and aesthetics, but performance guarantees great emotion as well. Its interior has a conical shrapnel to maximize the flow of gas output and a special db-killer that guarantees a thrilling sound. The union is also made of stainless steel and is provded with an attachment to the original oxygen sensor. It mounts with the original platforms.

  • SPS Evo-1

The SPS terms have a length of 300 mm and are approved by removable noise e3 97/24/9/2006/120 dbk. The fittings are provided with a catalyst on request and approved for emissions e3 97/24/5 2006/120. Titanium and stainless steel and black stainless steel configurations.

Both silencers are combined with two types of connections:

  • Catalyzed coupling and Euro3 97/24/5 2006/120 for emissions
  • Decatalyzed
