Available products: [HYDROFORM] [SPS Evo1] [MANIGLIA Z]
For the Kawasaki Z 750, HP Corse offers two lines of exhausts: hydroform, and SPS Evo1.
The HYDROFORM exhaust systems is a unique and exclusive product without compromise. Short, compact volume and proportion gives the bike a more aggressive line than ever before. The canister is made of stainless steel obtained by hydroforming, the internal network is tapered to optimize the flow of gas output, the ring has a diameter of 60 mm, the bracket-style GP moto is entirely hand-welded by TIG. The logo is made by an etching laser beam (the red logo of the photo demonstrates this). The sound of the exhaust is characterized by the careful study of the exterior shapes and the hydroformed db killer fitted with additional room for sound absorption.

SPS Evo1: available in satin stainless steel, titanium and black stainless steel. A dominant feature of this line is the Alu bottomo derived entirely from a solid machine with computerized numerical control (CNC), dimensional precision foil and air outled ovoid and tapered with an internal diameter of 52mm. Available in two colors – Titanium Grey (with hard oxide surface treatment) and black (anodized) – the basin can be worked with special milling technology to give them an absolutely unique design. The bottom is not only in Al, naturally, but the full exhaust for the Kawasaki Z 750 has a level of absolute finish. The db killer is retractable and can be easily removed when it wants to tackle the track. At 300 mm long, the HP SPS CORSE Evo-1 exhaust for “Zenita” are available with a catalyst and a double approval (2006/120/EC) – noise and emissions – called Pro-Series.
